全自动真空碳氢清洗机过程由PLC自动控制,设备生产主线由2个真空脱气超声波清洗,1个强力真空超声波洗, 2
个蒸汽洗+真空干燥组成,其工作原理是利用超声波渗透力强的机械震动力冲击工件表面并结合碳氢清洗剂的化学去污作
用,在真空状态下进行全面清洗,使工件表面和盲孔、狭缝干净。
工作过程:
由操作者将装有工件的清洗篮放在进料台上,然后自动送至清洗机进料位,经机械手将清洗篮依次推入清洗机内进行
清洗、真空干燥,后经出料台自动将清洗篮送出,(取出工件),完成整个清洗到烘干的过程。
清洗原理:
碳氢清洗剂的清洗原理简单地说是依据溶剂的溶解力进行清洗。基于对油脂或油性污染的溶解性的脱脂机理:相似相
溶原则。水能与具有与水结构相似OH的化合物如R-COOH(低级脂肪酸)、R-OH(低级醇)等互溶也是基于此。
异种液体间的溶解性与表面张力、界面张力有密切关系。
两者间的界面张力值近似容易互溶

The main production line of the equipment consists of 2 vacuum degassing and ultrasonic cleaning, 1 powerful vacuum ultrasonic cleaning, 2 steam cleaning + vacuum drying.Its working principles is that the mechanical vibration force impacts the surface of the workpiece and combines the chemical decontamination effect of the hydrocarbon cleaning agent to perform a comprehensive cleaning under vacuum to make the surface of the workpiece and the blind holes and slits clean.
Working process:
The operator puts the cleaning basket with the workpiece on the feeding table, and then automatically sends it to the feeding position of the washing machine. The washing basket is pushed into the washing machine by the robot in order to clean and vacuum dry. Finally,send the cleaning basket out (take out the workpiece) to complete the whole process from washing to drying.
Clearning principle:
The cleaning principle of the hydrocarbon cleaning agent is simply cleaning according to the dissolving power of the solvent. Degreasing mechanism based on solubility to grease or oily contamination: similar miscibility principle. Water energy is also based on the miscibility of compounds with a similar OH structure to water, such as R-COOH (lower fatty acids), R-OH (lower alcohols), and the like.
The solubility between dissimilar liquids is closely related to surface tension and interfacial tension.
